About these terms
By using the IK TechMinds website (“the site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover use of the site only. When we build something for you, the proposal, statement of work or contract we agree with you governs that work and takes priority if the two differ.
Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it.
- Do not send spam, malware or misleading information through the contact form.
- Give accurate details when you contact us.
Enquiries are not contracts
Sending an enquiry or receiving a reply, estimate or call from us does not create a client relationship or oblige either side to proceed. A project begins only when we both agree a written scope, price and timeline.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, graphics and code are owned by IK TechMinds or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content without our written permission. Work we deliver to clients is owned as set out in the agreement for that project.
Our tools and products
Tools linked from this site, such as the invoice generator, may be offered under their own terms, which apply in addition to these.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided “as is” for general information. We try to keep them accurate and available but do not guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, IK TechMinds is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
