Send us the project form on this site and we will reply within one business day. From there we have one focused call to understand your goals and constraints, and you get a written brief before design starts.
Projects are fixed price. After the discovery call and written brief, you receive a quote for the whole project before any work begins. We don't send auto-generated quotes. For ongoing work after launch, we offer monthly retainers.
The payment schedule is agreed per project and set out in your written proposal. We can invoice in INR, USD or AED.
It depends on the scope. After discovery we give you a timeline in the written brief, so you know what to expect before we start building.
You get weekly updates on what has been delivered, and a shared channel for day-to-day questions. We work across IST, GST and GMT and schedule meetings to fit your day.
Every project includes 90 days of free support after go-live. We deploy with monitoring and documentation, and we stay on after launch rather than handing it off and disappearing. Once the 90 days are over, a monthly retainer is available if you want continued support.
You do. Everything we build for you, including the code, designs and hosting accounts, belongs to you. We hand it over in full once the final payment is made, so you are never locked in to us or to a platform.
