This policy applies to the IK TechMinds website at iktechminds.com (“we”, “us”). We are a studio based in India that builds websites, software, CRMs and automation for clients in India and abroad.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run the site.

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you give one), the type of project you are interested in, and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log your IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps for security and reliability.
• Local session data. The site stores a single flag in your browser’s session storage so the loading screen is shown only once per visit. It contains no personal information. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or quotes you ask for.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations where they apply.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Contact form messages are delivered to our team by email through Google’s Gmail service. Our website is delivered through a hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Our tools and products, such as the invoice generator at invoice.iktechminds.com, are separate services and may have their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, and for longer where the law requires us to keep records (for example, if we later work together and invoices are issued). You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our inboxes. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to erase it, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. To exercise any of these, email hello@iktechminds.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
